Meet our Makers
Libby Ballard
Libby is a fantastic ceramicist based in Wiltshire. All items we stock are made in her studio at home. Her passion and skill is what drew me to her products. Each are beautifully crafted with great attention to detail, from the glazes she uses to the shapes she has hand thrown. She hopes that each piece she creates is enjoyed and treasured for many years to come, and we do too!
Tim Fenna
Tim is a potter based in Lancashire. The simple forms he creates are inspired by the natural world and traditional craftsmanship. The throwing process allows his fingers to leave subtle ridges in the clay, making each piece very tactile and connecting you both to him, and the object itself. Tim hopes that his pieces, when used, will give you time to pause, enjoy and relax in this busy world.
Frankie and Tom
Hampshire-based ethical farmers and good friends, Frankie and Tom, are thoughtful and knowledgeable sheep farmers. They create beautiful sheepskins as a bi-product of their farming business, from their much loved flock of outdoor-reared North England Mules. Produced in Devon over an 8 month period, each fleece is untrimmed, making it thick and sumptuous.
Moorlands Candles
Ted's passion and dedication to understanding the traditional hand-dipping process has allowed him and his team to create these beautiful candles. Made in Yorkshire, from UK beeswax, they naturally taper due to the dipping process. We adore their simple natural style, the traditional way they are made and the sweet honey aroma they produce.
Wax Atelier
Multidisciplinary designers, Lola & Yesenia, founded Wax Atelier in 2017. They revisit traditional techniques ranging from candle dipping and paper making, to crafted textiles using natural wax to create everyday utilitarian objects that are beautifully considered and joyful to use. The connection between materials, process and maker are all central to their practices.
Katherine Fraser
We first came across Katherine at her wonderful shop in Bath. Filled with the most beautiful woven textiles, it was a feast for the eyes. She hand-weaves each piece on a Dobby Loom using high quality British fibres. Accessibly priced, imaginatively conceived and created with passion, Katherine brings artisanal weaving into the mainstream. Her cushions and throws have been created to be cherished and to stand the test of time.
Hana Brough
Hana is an exceptional weaver based in the Northamptonshire countryside. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail is just stunning and her bold patterns and colour combinations are truly unique. Having studied textiles at Falmouth University together with OTTI HOME founder, Fliss, we are especially delighted to support and showcase Hana’s beautiful work.
Fiona Reid
Self taught small batch ceramicist from the Lake District. Fiona balances. minimalist and expressive artistic styles through her different glazes. Taking inspiration from her favourite artists, She decorates her ceramics with blue and orange paint work - titled the Mancora collection She hopes that her pieces both settle in and stand out, to be enjoyed everyday.
